Wolf Tooth T47 Internal Bottom Brackets deliver smooth, durable performance engineered for all conditions. Ground-up design features custom chrome bearing steel (hardened to Rc 61-66) with ZNA corrosion-resistant coating, eliminating creaking and reducing friction for responsive pedaling. Best-in-class sealing combines spindle o-rings, bearing/bushing gutter seals, low-contact bearing seals, shell o-rings, and labyrinth-style end cap protection. Custom bushings eliminate metal-on-metal contact—the leading cause of creaks—while maximizing weatherproofing. Adjustable-width design fits 85.5mm–92mm T47 shells. Includes spacer kit for precise spindle alignment. Designed, engineered, machined, and assembled in-house at Wolf Tooth HQ in Minnesota, USA. Installation requires standard spline 52-16 bottom bracket tool (sold separately).
