Merchant Cycles Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

At Merchant Cycles, we work to process and ship orders quickly and carefully. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.

Processing Times

  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Special-order or backordered items may require additional processing time.

Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Methods

Merchant Cycles ships orders using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size, destination, and shipping speed selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected delivery speed

Bicycle Shipments

Complete bicycles may require partial disassembly for safe shipping. Customers may need to perform minor assembly upon delivery or have the bicycle professionally assembled by a local bike shop.

Merchant Cycles is not responsible for improper assembly performed after delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Restrictions

Merchant Cycles currently ships within the United States unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Certain oversized items, hazardous materials, or manufacturer-restricted products may not be eligible for shipping.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available once an order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, please contact Merchant Cycles within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents.

Merchant Cycles is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

  • Carrier delays outside our control

Claims for lost or damaged packages may need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
