Wolf Tooth T47 Internal Bottom Brackets deliver smooth, durable performance engineered for all conditions. Custom chrome bearing steel with ZNA corrosion-resistant coating reduces friction and resists saltwater corrosion better than stainless steel. Best-in-class sealing combines spindle o-rings, bearing seals, shell o-rings, and labyrinth-style end caps to eliminate creaking and prevent water intrusion. Custom bushings separate the bearing inner race from the crank spindle, eliminating metal-on-metal contact—the primary cause of creaks—while extending bearing life. Adjustable-width design fits 85.5mm to 92mm T47 shells with a single bracket. Designed, machined, and assembled in-house at Wolf Tooth HQ in Minnesota. Installation uses a standard spline 52-16 bottom bracket tool (sold separately). Includes shell spacers (2x 2.5mm) and spindle spacers (2x 0.5mm, 2x 1mm, 1x 2mm, 1x 3mm, 1x 5mm) for precise fit and alignment.
