All bikes need to arrive ONE WEEK BEFORE EVENT to ensure they will be ready.
Each participant is responsible for the shipping cost to and from the shop. Place a return shipping label(s) inside the box with your bike so we can attach it when it's boxed up and ready to ship home.
We ONLY utilize BikeFlights for all bikes being shipped to and from Merchant Cycles. Stay tuned for a direct link to Bikeflights
Bikes will ship out roughly one week after the event has been completed.
**Include bike fit and/or measurements in the box with the bike so we can best have the bike set up upon your arrival at the shop.
**Please only ship your bike and components in the bike box. Shoes, Helmets, Clothing, and all other gear needs to be transported separately.
**Note about completing this purchase. Choose "In-Store Pick Up" since the shipping for the bike is being paid for by you individually. The shipping in the cart is for purchasing physical items. Our system doesn't allow us to disable the shipping selections. We apologize for any confusion this causes.
